A young boy was crushed to death by a trailer in Aba, Abia state. The trailer which was said to have been driven by a Hausa man, crushed the boy and left his vehicle and ran away after the accident.

At the moment of the accident, security operatives have secured the trailer and are on ground to prevent chaos as there were reports that the incident caused tension in the area as residents are looking for the driver to "mete justice" on him.
